Wanted: European Villa To Live Out My Days In

Wanted: A villa in France, where the foothills of the Morvan mountains meet the Châtillon plains and the area around Autun, on the banks of the canal. The main entrance to the mansion house should have a small inner courtyard, and the town gate building to be accessed from said mansion house. The third and top floor will have an unobstructed view of the town and its monuments from its 6 windows. A wonderful stone stairway to access the different floors would be a bonus. Independent dwellings for rental purposes should be included.
