Lynzi Arnott says she left Britain's Next Top Model on a climax - and after the crazy, alcohol-infused night of truth or dare that culminated in a feisty on-screen spat, who could argue with her? Here's what she says about her experience on the show.

I am quite an emotional person and I wear my heart on my sleeve. I think it was my time to go because I did start to waver and got quite emotional. I just felt I had given everything to the judges and was trying my hardest, but the other girls were so brilliant and I didn’t feel like I was on the same level.

Some of the girls coming back from the judging room had really good things said about their pictures. The judges commented on me as a person – they really liked me, they liked my personality, they loved my body – but they never looked at the photograph and said “that’s brilliant.” In modeling, you’ve got to come across as what you’re selling and I just didn’t. I was okay in person but the camera never really caught me or what I wanted to give.

I did find it hard and there were some tears – it was an emotional roller-coaster because one day you’d be like, “I love this, I can’t believe what I’m doing!” and the next day it was, “Oh my God, I can’t take this anymore!” But, you just have to look at the positives. The personal and professional experience of the show has given me the foundation to build on something, so this isn’t the end.

Truth Or Dare

It was a good episode to go out on – at least people will remember it! We were all having a giggle and there were silly little things going on all night. I was older than everyone there, and I wanted to let loose a bit that night. Other girls had other nights where they were rolling in ketchup and things, and I stayed out of it.
