UFO Sighting In South Of France

This looks like the one I saw go up on 14th street n Santa Monica, CA, one Sunday,a s I walked around the block at about 5 pm in the afternoon. That would have been ten years ago. It rose up fast behind a large home at Brentwood Terrace across the street from where I stood, and paused, as I watched it. At first I thought it a Frisbee, of some child's spinning toy. But the street and homes were silent, and I heard no children at play anywhere. It was black.. Then it moved slowly horizontally, not quite floating, but oscillating or vibrating, and as it were sliding on the air, at about 15 meters elevation, to the SE behind two pines, and didnt emerget on the other side. I walked down the street to get south of the two trees; but nothing was behind them. It seemed to me no more than 3/4 meter in diameter. How large might have been the object in the video shown here?
